Anna Barnhill is the founder of AdvantEdge Leadership and a globally recognized executive coach specializing in neuroscience-based leadership transformation and executive decision-making in the AI era. With more than sixteen years of experience supporting high-stakes leaders, Anna helps executives transform how they think, decide, and lead under conditions of complexity, speed, and uncertainty. Her methodology emerged from both research and lived experience.
